The London Bureau of Attonreys has released information on the dispute between Rak Georgia and Secretary of Alliance of patriots, Gela Miqadze.

According to the information released by Rak Georgia, the London Appellate Court has frozen assets worth of 42 million dollarsbelonging to Gela Miqadze, a parliamentary MP.

In a statement issued by the London Bureau of Lawyers it is noted that the press release spread by Rakia wrongly states that "Gela Mikadze suffered a serious defeat at the British Court of Appeals."

"In rea;ity, the truth is the opposite. Gela Miqadze"s companies have been successful party in the Court of Appeal.The Court ordered Rakia to pay Mikadze`s court expenditures, which is half a million pounds sterling. The court has frozen the three limited liability partnerships companies , which are not owned by Gela Mikadze. It is regrettable that Rakia has released press releases with regard to court decisions which can only be called "misinformation", "- says a statement issued by the London Bureau of Lawyers.
