More than 36 hours have passed since the scandalous telephone recording was spread by famous Russian TV presenters and the Prankers, however, none of the Georgian authorities have yet started the investigation.

The opposition parties are demanding the establishment of the authenticity of the audio recording and the timely launch of the investigation. If the authenticity of the record is confirmed, the part of the opposition demands to impose political responsibility on the Interior Minister.

The Ukrainian website Strana Ua posted a phone call yesterday, where TV presenters Lexus and Vovan are supposedly calling the Minister of Internal Affairs of Georgia and present themselves as Ukrainian Interior Minister and talk about extradition of Mikheil Saakashvili.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs denies the authenticity of the record, while the Prankers are ready to prove their authenticity at international expertise.
