The lawyer of the third president of Georgia, Mikheil Saakashvili, has addressed the Chief Prosecutor"s Office regarding the scandalous record of the Ukrainian media. Beka Basilaia demands investigation into three articles.

According to the Ukrainian media,The Ukrainian web site has released a scandalous audio recording today. According to the website Страна.ua, Pranker, Aleksey Stolyarov called the Minister of Internal Affairs, introduced himself as the Interior Minister of Ukraine and talked about extradition of Mikheil Saakashvili.
According to experts , if Giorgi Mgebrishvili`s telephone conversation really took place, he violated the criminal law.Ukrainian Interior Minister .

At the first stage, the lawyer requested the investigation into second part of Article 156, which implies persecution by using the official position. The second part of Article 332, abuse of official authority and paragraph 2 of Article 151 which implies perscution of a foreign citizen.
