Representatives of non-governmental organizations believe that the secret audio recording spread by Russian Prankers, in which supposedly the Minister of Internal Affairs, Giorgi Mghebrishvili, is discussing the issue of extradition of Georgia`s third president, Mikheil Saakashvili, should be placed in the legal framework.

Giorgi Mshvenieradze, chairman of the non-governmental organization "Democratic Initiative", said that the issue of authenticity of the record should be established urgently.

"It is important to give to the issue not political but legal answer. The legal answer is to start investigation and study the authenticity of audio recording, "- said Giorgi Mshvenieradze.

He believes that the statements of the MIA and the governing team do not show serious attitude towards this issue, which is alarming.
