So called Cyanide case - Prosecutor"s Office will appeal the verdict

The prosecution will appeal the court"s verdict on the so-called Cyanide Case , in particular the part about the motivation after handing the reasoned judgment.
The announcement is made by the Chief Prosecutor"s Office .

The Prosecutor"s Office clarifies that the accusation does not agree with the decision of the City Court in the part of reclassifying the criminal prosecution.

"The prosecution will appeal the court"s verdict on the basis of the appellate rule," - reads the statement .
