Levan Khabeishvili, the member of UNM calls on the investigative bodies to investigate purposefulness of millions spent on New Year lighting. Levan Khabeishvili, a member of the City Council states that the Mayor"s Office has spent three million GEL on New Year illuminations without announcing a tender.

The contract was signed by the company, which is registered in Milan, Italy. The opposition speaks about the signs of corruption.

"This agreement was signed without a tender and negotiated with one person and this agreement was signed with an Italian company which " accidentally " has bank accounts in Milan, "said Levan Khabeishvili, a member of the Tbilisi City Council.
