"This is not related to the extradition issue in Georgia, but nothing is excluded," -
Saakashvili`s former lawyer Otar Kakhidze said while speaking about the detention of the third president of Georgia.

According to Kakhidze, Saakashvili"s arrest may be linked to the crossing of Poland-Ukraine border.

"He was detained by the border units and it is not related to the extradition issue in Georgia, it is important that the fundamental rights of the Third President be protected by the European Convention.It is also important for everyone to understand what has become the reason for detention . This may be related Poland-Ukraine border crossing, "- says KAKHIDZE.
