The post of head of the Adjara government is vacant for the second day. Zurab Pataridze resigned yesterday. Consultations in the ruling team continue until now.

Reportedly, different candidates are considered for the vacant position. One of them is Tornike Rizhvadze, the head of the Energy Development Fund. For some time he worked as a deputy of Kakhi Kaladze.

The second presumed candidate is Zaal Mikeladze, the Adjara Health Minister, who is appointed by Sergeenko on this post. Zaal Mikeladze does not confirm or deny the information about his appointment.
