According to the anti-occupation movement, Russia moved the state border by several kilometers in Tusheti, namely village Diklo. Members of the movement say that after the winter Russian troops occupied the Georgian checkpoints and Georgian border guards were not allowed to take the posts. Members of the anti-occupation movement say that the border is now transferred by a few kilometers, and the lands of three Georgian villages are used by the people who come from Russia.
