The opponents of the government assess Salome Zurabishvili"s statement yesterday as an attempt to incite ethnic hatred. Opposition parties say that the "Georgian Dream" government was refusing to give citizenship to Samtskhe-Javakheti residents and now they are blaming the previous government.

The presidential candidate, backed by "Georgian Dream", criticized Mikheil Saakashvili during the meeting with Samtskhe-Javakheti population and said that he had "issued citizenship to many Turks ", but they were left without citizenship.
