The noise at the CEC session - the reason for the dispute between the parties was the second round of presidential elections. The part of the commission members thinks that the second round of elections should not be held on Wednesday 28 November and the second part explains that the Election Code does not say that the second round should be held on Sunday.

"The CEC should not become the election headquarters of Salome Zourabichvili," said the commission members of opposition who protested against appointing the second round of the elections on November 28.
