Opposition demands annulling of election results - suit will be submitted to the court in the nearest future

The United Opposition does not recognize the November 28 presidential elections and demands annulling the results.The lawyers have already started work and are already preparing a relevant suit for addressing the court.
Opponents of the government say that "Georgian Dream" has totally rigged the elections and the Georgian people are deprived of their right to free choice. The suit will be submitted to Tbilisi City Court within the next few days. If all instances refuse to satisfy the suit, the opposition is ready to appeal to Strasbourg.
Separate suits are also prepared about the specific violations of the election.
"We will use all resources available to us in order to ensure that people once and for all receive an electoral system and such elections as they deserve and not fraudulent elections, "- said Zaal Udumashvili, a member of UNM.
