Foreign Ministers of the Alliance will discuss the Black Sea security concept in NATO headquarters. Following Russian aggression against Ukraine, security in the Black Sea waters has become a major challenge for the North Atlantic Alliance.That is why the North Atlantic Council meeting will be held together with the Foreign Ministries of Georgia and Ukraine.
According to Davit Zalkaliani, the main part of his speech will be devoted to the situation in the region, including security issues in the occupied territories.
"For the first time during the summit there will be a separate meeting with Georgia and Ukraine. It is important that this meeting will be focused on the context of regional security. Special emphasis will be placed on the security of the Black Sea.Of course, I will talk about the situation in the occupied territories, "- said Davit Zalkaliani, the Minister of Foreign Affairs.
