Irakli Abesadze thinks that Bidzina Ivanishvili has restricted the financial independence of the new president taking into account Margvelashvili"s disobedience.
"Based on the example of Margvelashvili"s disobedience, Ivanishvili has decided to limit the independence and political activity of the newly elected President, which is primarily expressed by cutting down the financial independence, with a significant limitation of financial resources," - Abesadze said.
According to him, when the financing of the public servants, and reimbursement of the employed employers is iincreasing, the sequester of the president`s budget should only be caused by Ivanishvili`s wish to make Salome Zourabichvili a nominal figure without any guarantees.
