Galust Mkrtichian has murdered his friend in the most crowded place of the village and fled.
The incident was followed by unrest in Ninotsminda. The relatives of the victim burned the houses and cars of the accused.
The reason for murder is a confrontation between classmates, which took place a few months ago.
The accused himself says that he has called the police himself.
