In several hours it will be clear what kind of punishment will be imposed on Davit Kirkitadze. Gurjaani District Court will discuss the case.
Prosecutor"s Office requests the detention of Kirkitadze and the defense side requests to release on bail. Whether the court will consider the surety of 27 MPs who stand up to David Kirkitadze, will be known today.
The head of the regional organization is accused of physical assault to a policeman and property damage ."
Davit Kirkitadze was arrested on December 17. He declared a dry hunger strike in protest.
