President"s Administration to hold briefing on CEC chairperson - NGOs express readiness for consultation

The CEC chairperson`s post is vacant. After announcing the final results of the presidential election, Tamar Zhvania is no longer the chairperson of the election administration.
Presidential Parliamentary Secretary Dimitri Gabunia will hold a briefing on this issue today, but the press service does not specify what the statement of the parliamentary secretary is related to. Consequently, the president"s representative will offer consultations to the NGOs for selection of candidates for the CEC chairperson.
