The Security Council will not be subordinate to the president any longer and its function will be changed. According to the new bill, the Safety Council will be created, which will be subject to the Prime Minister.
The initiative will be discussed in the Committee on Legal Issues of Parliament. The opposition says that the changes can not bring a real result, as long as the council has long been left without function. This threatens the interests of the country.

The ruling team is talking about the need to maintain the council.
