The Minister said that the population has hardship and every fifth person in the country is poor. According to Giorgi Kobulia, he said a few days ago that people have hardship.

"I said that people are in need. The point is that people have so much trouble today because every 5th is poor, how can we say that people are not in trouble. This is absolutely not right and this would be a lie. I said that this hardship is so deep that despite the fact that it is not deteriorating, it is still too hard and that is our priority," - Giorgi Kobulia said.
