Prosecutor"s Office has begun to study the case of Ia Kerzaia, director of public school N 6 in Zugdidi. Investigators will have the opportunity to put questions to Bachana Shengelia, the son of the deceased. He is in the Prosecutor"s Office and will give detailed information to the law-enforcement agency.
According to him, he sent evidences to the investigative body, including anonymous letter, based on which the inspection started in Ia Kerzaia`s school.
According to Shengelia, his mother died of political revenge and he will provide comprehensive material to the investigative agency to prove this.He demands the responsibility of four persons, however, he does not exclude that the circle will be expanded in the investigation process.
Bachana Shengelia, along with several other persons, speaks about the responsibility of Education Minister, Mikheil Batiashvili."The demand is to punish the perpetrators. At this stage we have four persons from the Ministry of Education. These are the employees of the inspectors" service - Mr. Tsamalashvili and Ms. Japaridze, their head Ms. Gabitsvadze and Minister Mikhail Batiashvili who have signed their documents directly. However, we think that when the investigation is launched, this circle will widen and we think that much more people are involved in this process than it is evident today, "Bachana Shengelia said.
Ia Kirzaia died in early December, she had a stroke. Her son says that his mother"s illness was caused by pre-election processes.
