The member of the majority, Levan Gogichaishvili, calls on the High Council of Justice not to appoint Levan Murusidze for life term. He says that before the formation of specific criteria by the Parliament, the Council should refrain from making this decision.According to Gogichaishvili, he does not think that Murtsidze has a moral right to become a life-term judge.
"The main criterion should be a moral criterion plus professionalism, I do not think Murusidze and the people who were Adeishvili"s judges meet morality criterion today and should become lifeterm judges," said Levan Gogichaishvili
