According to the former chairwoman of the Legal Issues Committee, she left the post only after receiving Vano Zardiashvili"s statement about the resignation.
Beselia noted that her departure was linked with the list of candidates nominated by the High Council of Justice and explained that the list contained the judges who discussed the case of her son and brother. According to her, these individuals were not only discussing the issue of her family members but also the cases of relatives of Vano Zardiashvili"s family.
