Internal problems in the ruling team and the criteria for appointing judges - these are the main issues that most people should discuss at today"s special session.
"Georgian Dream" is going to meet with the full staff at 11:00 at Rostom King"s Palace. It is possible that the team will speak about the expulsion of Gedevan Popkhadze from the party.
Yesterday, Popkhadze announced the departure from the party. Whether Gedevan Popkhadze and Eka Beselia will attend the meeting at the Rostom King"s Palace will be known later.
"Our self-respect does not necessarily mean anybody"s expulsion and similar sanctions, but if any member of our team takes such a decision , any decision deserves respect, we can not really resist it," Mamuka Mdinaradze said.
Another member of the majority, Akaki Zoidze explains that the consensus reserve must expire and only afterwards the decision should be taken about leaving the party.
As for Gedevan Popkhadze himself, he declares that he has the obligations to the party as well as the Georgian Dream"s has obligations towards him.
"I think that I am not a tenant in this team .If I have the obligations to the team, I have the rights and this team has the obligations with me, "said Gedevan Popkhadze.
