The General Plan for Development of Tbilisi, which was supposed to be ready in August, will be discussed in Sakrebulo now.
The document will be discussed at the Urban Commission Meeting today.
The opposition says that the Tbilisi government does not really want to adopt this document, which envisages some restrictions on the construction of the buildings and that is why the time is maximally delayed. MPs do not even hope that the points set in the General Plan will be implemented
