The degrading tragedy - one of the leaders of the National Movement assesses the death of 29-year-old Irakli Kvaratskhelia in Gali.
According to Nika Melia, Irakli Kvaratskhelia has been humiliated in the occupational regime as it happened in the case of Archil Tatunashvili and Giga Otkhozoria.
Melia says that the government does not have an adequate response to such facts and does not find a solid foundation for state-specific issues.
