Archil Talakvadze, the Leader of the parliamentary majority accuses the parliamentary opposition of political manipulation with new bank regulations.
Talakvadze says that in the case of small or medium loans, citizens used real estate, belonging to pensioners as mortgage, after which the pensioners stayed without shelter.

Talakvadze says that this is why new banking regulations have been adopted.

"That was the reality, which caused amendments. I understand why the opposition needs to claim, that these amendments were not necessary, but society must know the real arguments, "Talakvadze said.

The opposition claims that the bank regulations put the population in a difficult situation and their social conditions are even more burdened. The opposition demands abolition of regulations.
