The World Index of Happiness - In an annual report, published by the United Nations on March 20, Georgia has the 119th place.

Finland heads the list, Denmark is in second place, and third is Norway.

As for France, Bidzina Ivanishvili, the chairman of the Georgian Dream, said that it is after Georgia in the list. However, France is 24th in the report, while Georgia is 119th according to the happiness index.
