Before becoming the chief prosecutor, Archil Kbilashvili defended the interests of the businessman Giorgi Mgaloblishvili , who is accused by the old stockholders of the wine factory in swindling the property, and the court found Mgaloblishvili guilty at that time. Now he is the lawyer of the shareholders, that is, protects the interests of those people against whom he fought years before.
