Parliament supports the draft law on sexual harassment

The legislative body supported the bill on sexual harassment with the third hearing. 102 MPs voted for the bill. No one voted against.

According to the regulations, the behavior of undesirable sexual nature in public places will be fined with 300 GEL.

Unwanted sexual behavior with a disabled person in the presence of a minor, a pregnant woman or a child is subject to a fine of 500 to 800 GEL.
