First Deputy Minister of Education Mikheil Giorgadze made explanations regarding the reunification and modernization of LEPL organizations in the field of culture.The part of the writers is openly opposed to the decision of the Ministry of Education, according to which the writers" house and the National Center of Georgian Books are united.
Giorgadze explains this decision and says that the next phase of the reform started in the Ministry, which is being implemented according to the European public financing standards.

As you know, the Ministry has announced a next phase of reform in its governing system, which has already begun before the unification of ministries. I mean public funding, practically, total transition to the European public funding standards. The next phase of reforms implies the management system, its effectiveness, the integration of various sectoral or thematic public law legal entities. In the future we are also going to continue to care for this management system, in order to offer some changes , "Giorgadze said.
According to the Ministry, small contingent institutions in the Ministry system will be enhanced and strengthened according to the international standards and national priorities, as well as LEPL organizations in the subordination of the Ministry will be modernized to improve the management.
