The massive correspondence consists of 600 documents and "Rustavi 2" is gradually encrypting them. One of the episodes is related to the planning of an international scale black PR campaign against the opposition.

It turns out that the ruling team and its lobbyists planned a black PR campaign in 2016 against Gigi Tsereteli, who was participating in elections of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly President.

According to the correspondence of the Georgian Dream and their lobbyists, if Gigi Tsereteli wins and becomes the president of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly, his position will be against the authorities.
