The so called street disputes are punishable by criminal law. According to the new law prepared by the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the minimum penalty for this offense will be fine and maximum 2-year imprisonment.
If the offense is committed with a firearm or other object , the punishment will be toughened. Also, the punishment will be toughened if the adult juvenile will be involved in street dispute.
Opposition states that the new governmental initiative can not change anything because the government cooperates with the criminal world itself.
