"The commitments that Russia has not fulfilled upset the international agenda," the Georgian Foreign Minister said in a statement on the possible return of the Russian delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe.
Davit Zalkaliani also responded to the accusations of opponents, who stress that the issue of Georgia disappeared from the international agenda.
According to the country"s first diplomat, similar statements are political manipulations.
"The situation that has been created in terms of international relations in the world is triggered by fact that the Russian Federation does not fulfill its international commitments, turning the international agenda upside down. Consequently, the international community calls on Russia to fulfill its obligations and naturally, we are committed to this principle, " FM Zalkaliani said.
Zalkaliani made a comment in Helsinki, where he is participating in the 129th session of the Council of Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the Council of Europe.
