Giorgi Mikautadze, the Secretary of the High Council of Justice may try to become a judge of the Supreme Court for the second time.
He made this statement yesterday, at the end of the day, after the end of the session.
Mikautadze refused to take a position in Tbilisi Court of Appeal yesterday and withdrew his the candidacy from the general courts` competition.
"I do not rule out nomination of my candidacy in the Supreme Court, but I have not filled in the application at this stage," Giorgi Mikautadze told the journalists.
Giorgi Mikautadze was included in the list of 10 judges, who were nominated by the High Council of Justice for the Supreme Court of Georgia and triggered controversies and criticism in the public and civil sector.
Justice Council appointed 32 judges in different district and appellate courts yesterday.
