According to the Chairman of the Parliament, the issue of regulating the hate speech is a matter of public importance and in some cases freedom of expression may be limited.

The head of the legislative body explains that the restriction of freedom of expression should be placed in a legitimate framework.

" When it comes to freedom of expression, it is the issue of particular caution, but everybody agrees that hate speech is the issue that needs particular attention and even the freedom of expression can be restricted if necessary, but restriction of freedom of expression should be in the legitimate framework ", - stated Irakli Kobakhidze.
