94 supporters, none against - Archil Talakvadze was elected as the Speaker of Parliament. The decision was made unanimously by the parliamentary majority at the spring plenary session.

The opposition does not attend the sitting. They have left the hall in protest.
They demanded discussion of the Interior Minister"s resignation and release of detainees.
This was followed by a quarrel and physical confrontation.
