"Irakli Kobakhidze was ready to leave his post on that day, but he was in Baku with an international visit ," said Mamuka Bakhtadze, Prime Minister before the sitting of the government.

Mamuka Bakhtadze spoke about Irakli Kobakhidze"s decision to resign.

According to the PM, Kobakhidze did not resign on June 20 because he was abroad.

According to Bakhtadze, Kobakhidze met his teammates in the Georgian Dream"s office and introduced his decision after returning to Georgia.
