Davit Dvali names the person, who stands between founders of Rustavi 2 and restoration of justice.
After the written announcement Davit Dvali and Jarji Akimidze openly say that the editorial policy and critical opinion of Rustavi 2 are threatened and name Kibar Khalvashi"s statement as a sign.

"Of course, I meant Bidzina Ivanishvili. It seems he will decide whether Kibar Khalvashi gives up shares and if they let us to Rustavi 2 at all,"- Davit Dvali said.
