We do not agree with the gage, demanded by the Prosecutor"s office - - Badri Japaridze made a statement before entering the Court.

The Prosecutor"s Office demands two million GEL as a preventive measure.

At this moment Mamuka Khazaradze and Badri Japaridze are in the City Court where they should discuss the preventive measures.

"We consider it totally inappropriate and inadequate because it is a transaction, which took place 11 years ago, which has nothing to do with money laundering," Badri Japaridze said.
