The National Bank of Georgia has released a statement regarding the decision on Mamuka Khazaradze and Badri Japaridze.
The NBG positively evaluates the decision of the shareholders of TBC Bank to leave their positions in the TBC Bank Group PLC Supervisory Board.
The National Bank of Georgia underscores that TBC Bank is one of the leading financial institutions in the country and in the region and is a strong and sustainable financial institution. The statement also says that Mamuka Khazaradze and Badri Japaridze are not directly members of TBC Bank"s Supervisory Board since April and current developments will not affect bank operations.
