Response measures of Estonia - Tallinn does not recognize Russian passports issued by Moscow in annexed Crimea

Response measures have been taken against Russian passportization by Estonia. Tallinn does not recognize Russian passports issued by Moscow in annexed Crimea. The Estonian Foreign Minister has made the decision and made it public.
The statement reads that the decree issued by Vladimir Putin to accelerate the issuance of Russian passports to the population in Donbas is another attempt to distort Ukraine"s independence and volatile situation in the eastern region of the country.
Estonia became the first EU member state to make the move before a similar decision was taken only by Canada.
