The former CEO of Rustavi 2 said he would not pay the bail. According to Nika Gvaramia, the prosecutor"s office has only two choices - either imprisonment or freedom.

“I will not allow you to make any compromise in case of corruption. I will not pay any bail. I cannot pay a high bail and will not pay a low bail. I am telling you directly that I will not obey house arrest or any other measure of restraint. I will violate everything. You will either imprison or release me. I will not give you any other choice,” Nika Gvaramia said.
