Nika Gvaramia, the former director of Rustavi 2 and his lawyer have appealed against the decision of the City Court regarding the bail.

Another sanction imposed by the city court on Nika Gvaramia is restrictions on travelling abroad. As for the bail, Dimitri Sadzaglishvili says his client thinks that the decision taken by Judge Keratishvili is unlawful.

“Judge Keratishvili"s decision to bail Nika Gvaramia is illegal and we demand to abolish the ruling. We have many reasons for that, ”Sadzaglishvili said.

According to the lawyer, the judge did not consider the arguments, presented by the defence.
