The Georgian President responded to the Zalkaliani-Lavrov meeting after two days. According to Salome Zourabishvili, Georgia should not be enclosed in itself and not attempt to lead a dialog with Russia. While summing up her visit to the UN, the President emphasized the assessments of the partners about the meeting of Georgian and Russian Foreign Ministers.

“We have only two ways. One is war that we have rejected and the other is dialogue and diplomacy. Georgia cannot but try to use dialogue and diplomacy. Of course, we are not alone and we will never be, we have the support of our partners, but it will probably be wrong if we isolate ourselves and do not do anything", - said Salome Zourabishvili.
