The patients with mild symptoms of coronavirus will undergo treatment under the constant supervision of family doctors at home. Such a statement made today the Minister of Health Ekaterine Tikaradze.

“From the first day of communication, I mean in January, Chinese doctors gave us statistics, according to which, in 80% of cases patients have mild or no symptoms at all.

Based on these facts, we have decided that patients with mild symptoms will undergo treatment under the constant supervision of family doctors at home.

If the patient’s symptoms get worse, he/she will be transported to the hospital with appropriate equipment and vehicle, which will be done after consultation and coordination with the doctor”, - concluded Ekaterine Tikaradze.
