The officers of Rustavi police detained citizen of the Federal Republic of Nigeria K.O. (date of birth - 1986) for domestic violence. Committed crime envisages up to 3 years of imprisonment.

Investigation established that detainee physically insulted his step daughter -I.M. (2003) in the apartment located in Rustavi.

Investigation is in progress on the fact of violence committed by family member against another under-aged member of the family, article 126, II part, sub-paragraph “A” of the Criminal Code.
