According to him, the state of emergency implies severe restrictions, which have an extremely negative effect on the economy, and is the state of emergency continues, it is necessary for the Government “to come up with a concrete plan for the future measures it intends to take in the economy”.

“For sure, we will support all the necessary measures of medical quarantine aiming to protect the health of people. But, the state of emergency implies much more and severe constraints, which have a negative effect on the economy.

That’s why, it is necessary for the Government to unveil a specific plan for the future measures it intends to take in the economy. Not in abstract form, in the post-crisis period as it has done so far, but how it plans to help unemployed people, socially most vulnerable people and business in April”, - concluded David Bakradze
