A religious servant, who is a brother of a coronavirus affected medic whose results arrived today, has reportedly tested positive for the novel virus.

According to the existing information, a nurse at the Tbilisi Institute of Medicine contracted the virus after communicating with the religious servant. Other medics supposedly caught the virus in the same way.

The niece and the mother-in-law of this religious servant are also sick.

According to the Kurieri, the cleric was infected in the church where he was serving.

The temple is located in the central part of the city. In addition, as Kurieri says, all contacts have been studied so far.

The Patriarchate of Georgia didn’t comment on this issue.
