According to the Deputy Head of the National Center for Disease Control, using air conditioners in offices, banks, shops and indoor units poses a high risk of spreading COVID-19.
“If the air conditioner does not take in outside air, it won’t be allowed to turn on. Most air conditioners take air and re-circulate it through the room, which is dangerous.
I know, the summer will be hot. It will be hard for us not to turn on air conditioners, but still, we are not allowed to do so”, - said Paata Imnadze.
