Dialogue with Georgia and Ukraine is not developing at the highest level - Dmitry Peskov

Dmitry Peskov, the spokesman for the Russian president, said that there are currently no positive dynamics in the development of Russia’s dialogue with Ukraine and Georgia.

“As for the government of Georgia and Ukraine, we see that, unfortunately, despite a number of contacts, yet we can’t boast of positive dynamics in the development of dialogue at the highest level. The dynamics of the development of these relations depends on the fulfillment of obligations by these countries… Vladimir Putin always congratulates the Ukrainian and Georgian people on May 9. These are fraternal peoples with whom we have deep historical roots. President Putin sincerely and deeply respects these peoples”, - concluded Peskov.
